Ms. Al Otaibi is a visionary leader dedicated to women's empowerment, youth development, and technological innovation. As Chairwoman of The Leadership Mentorship Program, she mentors aspiring women leaders, guiding them to reach their full potential. She is the CEO and founder of Invictus Co., offering training, counseling, event management, and tech services. Additionally, Jameelah leads the Kuwait Youth Assembly Platform, inspiring young change-makers. With experience in both public and private sectors, she previously led the Ministry of Health’s budget department for the medical sector. A certified counselor and motivational speaker, Jameelah is committed to human development and well-being.

Heba is a recent marketing graduate from Kuwait University with expertise in strategic planning and marketing implementation. During their internship at Rotex Company, they successfully planned and executed impactful marketing strategies. Heba also gained experience with the Huawei Start-up Cloud Program and has been competing in powerlifting for three years, demonstrating discipline and commitment.
